Novell Capital

A SaaS operating platform for private equity real estate, connecting the investment lifecycle from opportunity underwriting through portfolio performance and liquidity planning.

Built around the PE real estate operating model

Novell Capital brings acquisitions, investment committee materials, capital markets, portfolio operations, performance reporting, and liquidity forecasting into one shared application. The product is designed around the way funds, investments, properties, and loans relate to one another so teams can move from a portfolio-level question to the underlying operating record without rebuilding the analysis.

What the platform replaces

Instead of separate spreadsheets, disconnected reports, and one-off approval documents, each workflow uses the same portfolio hierarchy and shared data. That creates a consistent path from sourcing a deal, to approving it, to managing the asset, to reporting results and forecasting cash.

01 / Portfolio

Portfolio Dashboard

A geospatial view of the portfolio with selectable properties and connected fund, investment, sector, address, and purchase-price context. Teams can pan and zoom the street map while keeping property details in view.

02 / Capital Markets

Capital Markets

Property-level loan records connect each fund to its lenders, balances, rate indices, credit spreads, maturity dates, and associated assets. The same debt data rolls into a fund-filtered maturity view, using fully extended maturity dates with initial maturity as the fallback, so leadership can see upcoming exposure by year.
